  • Arts and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (1 project)
    Provides salary and contracted support for essential jobs in the arts. Goal is to preserve and stabilize non-profit arts organizations.
  • Exchange/Section 1602 Program (33 projects)
    Arkansas Development Finance Authority may swap certain previous and current year Low Income Housing Tax Credits for cash to be infused into projects as equity.
  • ARRA / CDBG-R (13 projects)
    Competitive grants to address home foreclosure and abandonment. Grantees must spend 50% within 2 years, and 100% within 3 years.
  • TCAP - Tax Credit Assistance Program (35 projects)
    HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds to be used in conjunction with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program as cash equity.
  • National Guard Military Operations and Maintenance (1 project)
    Funding for the operation and maintenance of Army National Guard and Air National Guard facilities, including renovation or replacement of lighting, HVAC systems, windows, energy management systems, etc.
