According to a recent KARK news story, Entergy Arkansas, Inc. is making sure energy efficiency improvements are paying off in a big way for the City of Little Rock thanks to an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant awarded to the city by the Department of Energy as a part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
