Recommended Guidelines for Related Agency Web Pages
This guidance is to encourage the creation of a network of state and local websites to provide transparency in the execution of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act in the State of Arkansas.
These recommendations for state and local jurisdictions are intended to build upon the Federal guidelines and achieve the same goals through voluntary collaboration in implementing the Recovery Act.
Jurisdictions are not required to develop websites dedicated to Recovery Act efforts; in fact, proliferation of websites is discouraged. Agencies are encouraged to leverage existing websites and add key entry pages to indicate Recovery Act progress.
In order to facilitate transparency to the public, jurisdictions should include the "Recovery.Gov" and the "Recovery.Arkansas.Gov" graphic, with Program or Project level Title information text, centered, prominently displayed on all of their Recovery pages, linked to http://Recovery.Arkansas.Gov.
